[Empties] #17

Hi pandas,

how are you doing? I'm trying to survive this awful heat here in Japan. Seriously, I was not made for this weather. That's also why I didn't really get to blog recently. When I wasn't busy with studying, I was resting and doing my best to avoid a heat stroke.
And how to get back into blogger better than posting some empties. I'm going back to Germany for vacation soon and plan to move afterwards so I really, really need to clean my stuff, get rid of things I don't need anymore and start using up products.

See Breeze Deo & Water in Splash Marine: this is such an awesome product for summer. While it absolutely doesn't work as a deodorant for me (sweaty white people problems XD) it is perfect to refresh yourself in between. It has deo poweder and you shake the bottle before applying it. Once you applied it, it gives off a minty, cooling sensation. Technically, I didn't empty this bottle, it leaked in my bag but it's still empty. I already purchased one in a different flavour and will forever.

Bifesta Eye Makeup Remover: well-loved and always repurchased. I don't think I have to say anything else.

Dove Maximum Protection Deodorant: another favourite. Already repurchased.

Ban nano ion deodorant spray: very meh. Used it to carry around in my bag but wouldn't necessarily buy it again.

Daiso Puff and Sponge Detergent: cheap and works well for cleaning brushes and sponges. Already bought a new one.

La Rose de Versailles Brown Liquid Eyeliner: got this from a friend but was nothing special. There are better eyeliners and I prefer black.

Cacharel Perfume: got this as a present but the scent was too heavy and powdery/flowery  for my liking. Wouldn't buy it on my own.

Daiso Strawberry lipbalm: didn't really moisturize my lips so I'll stick to lip balms from the drugstore.

IOPE Air Cushion XP in N21: used up my first cushion. Sadly IOPE changed their range and they don't make this exact version anymore. I bought a refill on my trip to Seoul in March but accidentally bought the wrong one....I would love to repurchase it but I'm confused by all the new versions IOPE put out.

Daiso makeup sponge: dear lord, that thing was hard! It almost felt like slapping my skin, so I'm tossing it.

Directions Flamingo Pink: I always use Directions for my tip dyeing (sadly, they are pretty expensive in Japan). Flamingo Pink is nice but a bit too bright for my taste. Will buy another shade.

Rosette Cleansing Paste Acne Clear: Bought this in hope of clearing my acne but the pH was around 10 so it was used as shaving cream. Wouldn't buy it again.

Ora2 Stain Clear Peach Leaf Mint: Interesting combination of peach and mint for a toothpaste XD Was allright but using another one now.

Cosrx Propolis Light Ampoule: This had absolutely 0 effect on my skin and felt rather heavy. Since I don't really have any use for it, I'm tossing it.

Rosette Nature Blend Marine Peeling: Got this as a sample with the cleansing paste. Was allright but not sure if I would buy the full size.

Innisfree clay mask: This is a mask you can only buy at the Jeju House shop at Samcheongdong in Seoul (and on Jeju island). I took the clay base and mixed in green tea and barley. Such a lovely mask! You have to keep it in the fridge and use it up within a week (which I missed so there is like one usage left but dried up...). I already bought one again.

Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Mask: my favourite clay mask, already repurchased.

Hanaka Macaron Facial Mask Tea Tree and Volcanic Mud: The tea tree one was rather harsh but the volcanic one was really nice! Would probably repurchase if I can find them sold individually.

Tonymoly Goat Milk Whitening Toner and Emulsion samples: was meh, didn't see any whitening so won't buy the full size.

Maaaaasks!!!!
A lot of favourites. Already repurchased the Tonymoly ones, Leaders ones and Beyond ones. Plan to repurchase Benton and still have some of the My Scheming left.
The Innisfree Second Skin Mask Trouble was also nice, not sure why I didn't buy it again when I was in Seoul recently....the Pooh mask was nightmare material.
Cosrx Acne Pimple Patch was good but I still have the nexcare ones to use up. HadaLabo Foaming Wash is good but I'm trying the Innisfree Bija gel right now.
Alcohol wipes are a staple, as well as powder/deo sheets for refreshment on the go.
Biore Aroma Treatment Body Wash was nice, may buy it again.
Here you can see the two ingredients for the Innisfree mask and some samples that didn't really sweep me off my feet.

And that's it for now. I still have so many plans for upcoming posts, I really, really hope I'll be able to get some of them up soon.
